  1. Mridula,
They are mostly hanged near a door or window… mostly from the edge of curtain rods. In one place I have seen a bulky piece hanging from the centre of a ceiling fan as well !
Don’t know abt wall hangings though.

  2. I presume these photos were taken at “Dilli Haat”. Thanks Mridula for visiting my Hindi blog and posting your comments. I do not post my travel photos at lakhnawi.blogspot.com as I have too many of them. I have another site where I upload my travel photos. I have recently uploaded 4-5 new albums – visit http://atulks.myphotoalbum.com to view these photos. More photos to come in Jan., 2011 after my trip to rain forests of Panama…

  3. Thanks Derek.

Nisha you are right! I meant what you nicely said 😀

Atul you go places and yet you don’t blog about them, what a pity.

Fida they must be looking lovely. Put a picture on Facebook?

You are right Chitra, any size the elephants look cute.

Tarun, now that you have said it I am trying to take notice 😀

  4. Beautiful!! Colours are one thing really evident in all our markets and saw quite a lot of them on my trip. Unfortunately, since all the markets were those connected to temples, I couldnt carry my camera along. Saw some wonderful sights and would have loved to share them,
