    I wonder how they do it. I think the neck muscles strengthen by repeated use to enable them to carry such weights. If you have noticed some of them have quite elegant necks.

    Boost is the secret of my energy… Your energy??:)I cannot carry this load if I had never joined Gym…I think she has joined ladies gym… Kidding…Their lifestyle and the way of food makes them active and strong… atleast they have to be so to live…Happy to see me or you being blessed by god; atleast we dont have to carry such loads…
