I don’t know how this Spiti picture escaped my notice for such a long time. Komik to Langza was the longest walk on this trek but the day was so beautiful, there were clouds and I think the song ‘suhana safar aur ye mausam haseen‘ (it is a pleasant journey and the weather too is pleasant is the poor translation of the song in English) fits the mood perfectly.
I found the video of the song on Youtube.
Omg, that picture is truly out of this world. Breathtaking!
hmmmmm.. to me it does not look like a picture from this world. it more looks like painting from some artist or picture taken on Mars :). not of my taste đ
This picture has that “too good to be true” kind of feel – as of a painting. Awesome shot Mridula.Btw, thank you for the link up on Blogbharti to my Surya Mandir Post. I’m delighted that you liked that picture so much and felt it’s worthwhile to share with others. đ
I, too, think it looks like a painting, albeit, a very beautiful one! đ

As a music snob I have to give one saving grace a year- that was it!! I’m half Indian Guyanese, other half is Irish/Scottish – Madhumati is one of my all time loves (along with The Who) My ā¤¨ā¤žā¤¨ā¤ž will be singing along
