When I started Blogging …

Posted on March 11, 2008

When I started Blogging … I would blog just for the heck of it. Then I started thinking more and more about it and suddenly when I wanted to write something today, I was just giving it too much thought. Should I write it like this? Should I write it like that? Then with a start I realized I am treating it almost like work. And then it dawned that I enjoyed blogging so much because I did it for myself … Time to go back to that mode again.

I agree. I, too, see blogging as letting the world take a peek into my personal journal. 🙂

True – often we pay too much attention to the content. I blog for myself too (atleast try) – so that sometime later I can look back and read where I was and how far I came!

To be honest (and I have followed your blog from very early on) I did not notice the transition from “blogging for myself” to “blogging for others”. As long as we still get a glimpse of your travel destinations and get to read your interesting stories, either way is fine 🙂

The changing seasons in Queenstown (NZ) are always beautiful but none is more spectacular than autumn however it reminded us of a massive car park, every street and pavement was littered with parked cars!
