A View of Jaipur City from Nahargarh Fort

The view of the Jaipur city from the Nahargarh Fort is quite amazing. I had scouted on Indiamike about suitable places to click sunset and got the Nahargarh suggestion. To reach Nahargarh one crosses the same road as that leads to the Jaigarh Fort. I reached there much before sunset. The fort receives much less visitors and is not maintained well.

I started clicking pictures much before the sunset. However, the light was so harsh that I played around with this image in Picasa. I made a small part of it colored and converted the rest into black and white! I am posting the original picture below. Take your pick.

I like the original shot as well, especially the reflection of the sun rays on the buildings in the left side of the photograph.

I like both of them…I didn’t spend enough time in Jaipur.
But then, it’s probably never enough 🙂

I liked both. In the second one the grey trees appear green. Good shot.
