Tree Pie

Tree Pie has been the other elusive bird in and around my place. I have posted their pictures before. But I think these are a little better. They were taken yesterday along with the butterflies. Let us see if I can get out today again to click a few more butterflies.

Thanks Dave, the first one blurred because the bird was moving too much and the second one could do with the complete tail but it is better than my previous pictures.

Thanks Ankur, yesterday was my lucky day.

Anu my colony has some trees hence these birds.

    Thanks Shrinidhi.

Chitra that is right the bird obliged 😀 they have given me a lot of trouble in the past.

I also see then almost daily Lakshmi but they are difficult to photograph, they usually don’t let me creep close enough.
