Take Off from the Bangalore Airport

Bangalore Airport Takeoff
Takeoff at the Bangalore Airport

Clicked this at the take off from the Bangalore airport. I was aiming to take as much of the road I could. I am moderately pleased with the results. I thought a lot (OK for 2 minutes maybe) whether I should crop out the wing portion of the aircraft in the first picture but then decided against it. What do you say?

Road to Bangalore
Road to Bangalore City?

I love looking out of a plane the minutes just after take-off and just before landing (except when I’m chewing my nails off hoping we wont crash!). Cities look so much more green and hospitable.

    Thank you Anu.

Tarun, the new airport is really out of the city! So it could be the long long and winding road to Bangalore but of course I am not sure.

Sunita I am generally not an anxious flyer. My logic is that if I have to go that way, I have to go that way! But flying one day after the Mangalore crash made me more nervous this time.
