Boats at Chandrabhaga Beach, Konark, Odisha

It is difficult to say what I love more mountains or beaches. But I get to see a lot less beaches as I live very far away from the sea. Earlier my favorite activity around sea used to be to get drenched. Now a days I like to walk along a beach equally. So when I went to Chandrabhaga beach at Konark, I took a long walk. Part of the attraction was these fishing boats, I could see them from a distance and I wanted to walk closer so that I could click a picture. How I wish I was there around sunset but then I am not complaining about the blue skies either.

Share your sky picture at Skywatch Friday.

Oh, I have the same problem, Mridula, I’m torn between mountains and beaches, too! I love them both and I’m fortunate that I live in an area where there are both! They’re just a little harder to get to these days which is why I end up depending on my photo files!! I love your capture for the day! Lovely, peaceful skies, colorful boats and a sandy beach! I hope you have a great weekend! Enjoy!
