The Promenade at Morecambe, UK

Pictures from Lancaster and Morecambe, UK

Posted on December 3, 2009May 21, 2021

I love walking, if it is around sunset then nothing like it. This was the view along the Promenade at Morecambe, UK. I went to Lancaster for work but that never stopped me for exploring in my free time. Morecambe is an easy bus ride from Lancaster that I used to take from within the University campus.

I have a colleague from the Lancaster University who wondered why I liked Morecambe. He said it was a run down place. But that was probably earlier. He was pleasantly surprised when he visited Morecambe recently. Sometimes we explore our backyards the last!

wonderful! how could you take such lovely pictures of sky from plane window. i always get reflection and pictures are not usable at all.daughter and father picture is so cute. the place reminds me of lake-tahoe in nevada. there also was a wooden/steel bridge going into lake and it was freezing cold.its good that everytime you visit different places on work. i always end up in SFO only (4 times so far).i want to eat all those berries and apples. mmmm.. i even want to eat those flowers now.
