Is it a valley? When is the best time to visit it?

Mridula – If I can answer Anil's query…Anil – Yes, Spiti is a valley and is on the India-Tibet border in Himachal Pradesh. The best time to visit are the summer months April to September when the roads are open. If the roads are open during the other months and if freezing temperatures are not a problem, then the other months also offer stunning sights…Sankarawww.beontheroad.com
