Lazy Sunday Photo- Looking Out of Amber Fort, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Posted on December 28, 2008

Amber Fort, Japipur, Rajasthan

Loved the color of the sari the woman looking out is wearing and hence included her and the girl in this picture taken at Amber Fort, Jaipur (Rajasthan). I am quite reluctant to photograph people for the fear of offending them.

But yesterday an interesting incident happened in the market. I had gone to Gandhi Bazaar with family in the afternoon and I was clicking pictures of flowers sold on the roadside with my smaller point and shoot camera. The shop owner posed on his own for me showing a 1000 rupee note! I gladly took his picture but the only problem is that my camera is not talking with this computer hence that picture has to wait.
