Chana Jor Garam
Chana Jor Garam with Green Chillies

I liked the big green chillies that were on display with the Chana Jor Garam. So I decided to click a picture. I took it quickly and the young man selling it called, “eak mera bhi tou nikalo” (Take a picture of mine too). So here it is-

Chana Jor Garam Wala Chana Jor Garam Vendor

The only regret is I did not order a cone of Chana Jor Garam.

We don’t find exactly this in S. India though chana comes in yet another form called sundal. Here chana appear like flakes to me…. how? haven’t seen such a thing.
    Pic. made me drool:)))

While in Rajasthan recently, I had a bit of some kind of tasty but spicy pickle they prepare with those big green chillies.

Nilesh I too like it minus the chillies.

No idea Chitra how do they make it, even Haldiram makes it as a snack.

Tarun quite common in India I guess!

Appu I too like chillies only in the pictures!

Meena, I think this is your first time on my blog, so welcome. Enjoyed your Machu Pichhu pictures.
