Nice, Mridula! It sort of reminds me of the view of Jodhpur from Mehrangarh fort! I remember the guide telling me that most dwellings were painted blue to make it feel cool… but looks like the same thing here… maybe it was just the guide feeding me the usual touristy bits!

Anu I thought old Jaipur is pink. But Bundi in Rajasthan is really blue, so it could be something to do with desert temperatures.
