Himalayan Bulbuls at Bhimtal

So finally I found one more picture from the files, this one was taken at Bhimtal in February. I wonder why February feels like ages ago and not just a few months ago.

I digress from the post, but I was just looking at the labels of your post and you seem to have a multitude of cameras 🙂
I am always amazed at how you know the names of so many birds. Nice shot!

The blue background, the cherries on the tree and of course the two beauties makes this an awesome picture.

Pooja some of those cameras were begged and borrowed for a particular trip, like the Sony Cybershot, I don’t own it.

Thanks Sankara. I have a good close up too, posted before. But these were sitting way too high for a close up.

Thanks Chitra. You describe the picture so well.

Anu this was taken with a SLR and a zoom of 70-300 at 300. I mean this is one place were having an SLR is satisfying.
