Grey London Day!

The day I was roaming around in London in May 2009 was completely grey, cold and at times there was a light drizzle too. No, I am not complaining but all the photographs have a well, grey look. And I had just this one day in London. What gave me comfort is that many face this problem. I was reading Phil Coome’s Blog on the BBC and one of their award winning photographers talk about grey days, sunny days and traffic accidents too-
I had seen the ‘English garden’ hoarding before, but always on grey days, and had thought to myself that I would stop sometime when it was

    Mridula,Rather nice but a day when the sun is out and the Londoner is almost bear bodied and basking in the sun would have added that extra bounce or ounce on the streets of London.I say! This ad right at the top of your posts is really an eye-sore although I am sure its giving you quite a packet LTMBBTo know what LTMBB means you have to go to Yesugarden.blogspot.com and read the comment section of the latest post on Cinninate whatever!Julia:))))

    I wish I could see those Grey Days. I have read it in books, heard it from the colleagues. Hopefully I will be there photographing one day.
