Suryagrah Jaisalmer on a Rainy Day

Monsoon Sky through the Arches at Suryagarh

Posted on August 16, 2013May 11, 2021

Suryagarh is a luxury hotel in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. I get to see such luxury only when I get invited as a blogger. I have now been to Suryagarh twice and each time I have enjoyed my stay.

This time the visit was extra special as we went for a monsoon trip in the Thar Desert. And the rains didn’t disappoint us. There were rains as well as moody skies. In between the arches and the sky is the Suryagarh Hotel. Isn’t it grand?

This post is part of Sky Watch Friday. Do check it out.

Love the golden brown facade of the hotel against that verdant green lawn!

Thank you. But this is a modern building. A tribute then to Suryagarh as to how well it blends.
