All those hazy black dots that you see are a bunch of birds in the sky, I think they are mynas. I wish I was standing with my SLR on the side of the road and not clicking this hazy picture from my cell phone. Better still it is a site for making a video because they are a big flock and literally go from here to there in the sky and make for a magnificent view.
