I cannot count the number of times I have been using Maldives pictures for sky watch. Well, I am going to do so one more time. After that if everything goes according to the plan, the next Thursday I should be in Jordan, where I get to attend the mass by the pope. This is on invitation from Jordan Tourism. But before I wander that far, it is time to get back to to the Sky Watch.
Now let me declare, this is the place where the earth meets the sky! It is Maafushi Island at Maldives. See I have told you the place too. Now all you have to do is to go and verify. My hunch is that it is a common phenomenon all over Maldives. Well, even if it is not true, the illusion was really beautiful.
I have been aware of the golden hour (an hour or so after sunrise and an hour or so before sunset) but I caught on the beauty of the blue hour a little late. It is basically the dawn and the dusk. I tell you what, that means I can sleep even less in the morning. And I don’t like it one bit. I mean no one can stop me from sleeping through the dawn and sunrise, but the doubt about what I missed when I slept through the sunrise is not a good feeling to wake up to.
While I was busy photographing the dainty slipper as a foreground, I heard its owner scream. For a moment I thought I did something to offend her but she was upset because the other one was gone from the shore. She too was going around with a camera!
PS. This post is part of Skywatch Friday, the super community of sky watchers.

Amazing captures π Jordan is a beautiful place too. Happy journey in advance π
The owner screamed which broke up the silence but how wonderful to be able to see the sky meeting the sea morning or evening in the Maldives. Be safe on your trip to Jordan. I can hardly wait to see your next post.
