    You said it all about the colours. How do you find them? I don’t see any here other than crows. May be my eyes are not tuned for them.

    Chitra, I hear a lot of people say this around me! I think I see them because I look for them. 😀

    Abhilash what to do, infuriating brid this is, it just like to hide behind the branches and hardly ever peaks out, hence when it does, I am in a hurry and I shake the camera!

    Let us hope Feb will bring more of the same Tarun. 😀

    It is always heartwarming to see a Bluethroat – one of winter’s brightest joys. My best sightings have been in Rae Bareli and Samaspur bird sanctuary in western UP. It’s surprising how drab this bird looks when viewed from the back. Then it turns around and — whoa!
