Posted on June 30, 2006November 18, 2021

Remember this picture?

Mother-Daughter in Uttarakhand

Now go to this BBC link and pay special attention to picture number 3. After trying and trying this is my first picture featured at BBC.

Why I sent this one? Because when I first put it on my blog a lot of you appreciated it and Maverick even wanted to steal it!

yep, copyright is a big problem.. i’ve seen my articles being published in Mumbai Mirror without asking me..there was one guy who foto was taken by an advertisement agency here in b’lore.. this guy had to fight a lot bfore getting compensation and foto being removed from the ad

Sathish, what bloggers say is also a part of some other newspapers like Washington Post and New York Times. Good to hear about an Indian newspaper coming up with the same. I must be mistaken about the Desipundit stuff then.Lily, thanks.
