A Butterfly on a Marigold

Posted on October 9, 2010
A Butterfly on a Marigold Flower

I decided to change the setting. I was clicking the butterflies near the orange flowers. Behind that is a flower nursery. I decided to go there and see what kind of pictures I could get. I of course bought some plants too, so that the nursery people would let me click some pictures in peace. They told me to come back in March when there would be many more butterflies.

I will be honest with you, I was not aiming for the yellow shade that I got, it was purely accidental. But how I like it! It is being cast by another marigold. And these pictures are straight out of the camera, I have only added my ugly signature but what to do, I hate it when my pictures get lifted.
