Common Chiffchaff in the Backyard
Common Chiffchaffs often play in the backyard throughout the day. The top picture has a very colorful background because that is the color of blurred brick houses that belong to construction workers. In the second picture the bird once again let me creep quite close!
u've picked a gr8 background for this shot 🙂
They are modelling for you nice picstime to get some better lenses
Nice!! If you are getting serious about birding, you should join Delhi Birds. They have trails in Delhi during the weekends. Delhi is the one city that boasts of over 500 species of birds within the urbanized area.
The first picture is really good!
Picturing birds/animals is never easy. You must have showed tangible patience photographing them. Good show!!!Happy New Year!!!
Sandeep that is the constant background and the bird just went there ans sat :DTarun not yet, not enough money for a 100-400mm in paypal account :DVamsee I would love to join them but the trouble is that with a full time jb and a small kid I hardly get any time these days.Guru, many thanks, it dos takes some amount of patience but when you like something it doesn't feel like so.
why dny u make a exhibtion of photos u clicked?thy r really amazing…
Daer Mridula,What a lovely picture :)))Happy New Year Mridula!Julia
Abhilash, :DJyoti, I have no idea how to about something like that!Thank you Julia and wish you a very happy 2010.
I saw a new thing on your pictures "do not reproduce without permission"Do you think the guys were waiting for such a disclaimer. One who needs the images will take it without even taking care of the disclaimers.Picturizing the birds is really hard and your snaps are really good but they are not yet in match with Roxy's images in "Rocksea and Sarah". I think you have to work more on bright colours. But great work Mridula.
Love the colors in the first photo! Those bricks sure did a fab job. See a new copyright notice too, but I guess a single watermark should be sufficient without diverting attention from the photo. What do you think?
Sankara many thanks for the suggest, the thing is I am at the moment extremely confused about the watermark/copyright issue. And it shows in my posts!
I understand Mridula…Looks like we will have to keep iterating till we find the best possible solution…
Thank you Sankara.
WOW, the first one's so cute :)btw, which is you new cam ? It's working wonders
Thank you Megha. It is the same old camera, only I have been creeping closer to the birds when I am taking the shots.
