With Chhavi photography takes a back seat. So on day two I woke up early and decided to devote two hours to taking pictures. The light played spoilsport though. On day one when we had just arrived and looking for a hotel at 7.00 am or so there was golden light. On day two there were clouds and pale sky around the same time.
I was sitting quietly thinking of taking a picture when two people walked in. In earnest they started offering their prayers taking no notice of me and my camera. And it turned out to be one of those occasions when I could not resist including people in my frame. As I have said before, I rarely include people in my photos but when I do I make sure it was clicked in public. In the background you can see Laxman Jhula (that is the name of the bridge) faintly.
