Palampur Bus Stand

The Sky in a Puddle!

Posted on December 21, 2012April 27, 2022

Recently I was at Palampur in Himachal Pradesh. And I had a lot of fun clicking the mountains in a rain water puddle at the bus stand.

I know the roads should not have this big holes but this is a daily sight for me, minus the reflection of the Dhauladhar Mountains.

    Really really pretty picture…
Truth is sky is really as close as it is in this puddle… yet we can never touch it…
    we’ll go past it…. sink into it…but never ever…touch it …grab it…. hold it…
    sigh…
really amazing picture..reminded me of Narcissus
