Oxford at Night

I usually put my camera inside my shoulder bag at night. After looking at the picture above I think I should use it more. What do you say? Let it remain inside the bag?

    Photography is about capturing moments And moments are for few seconds.Let the camera inside the bag ???The decision is yours.
