  1. Hi! I read with interest your hiking trip to VOF. One day I would like to do this too with my wife. We are avid hikers and have hiked up and down the Grand Canyon in Arizona among other places. I would like to know what would be the best time of the year to go to VOF.

The flowers are in bloom from late July to Mid August. However different flowers bloom at different times and some would say even early September would also have some flowers. Hope this helps a bit 😀
